Should Summit emerge victorious against the Roughriders of West Side High, they will likely face top-seeded Ramapo, which will be a heavy favorite in their game versus Bergenfield.

West Side finished the regular season 8-1, holding the opposition scoreless in five of those eight wins. Like the Hilltoppers, however, the Roughriders enter the playoffs on a losing note, having dropped their regular-season finale to West Essex 23-20 on November 1. Summit was defeated 35-20 at home by Cranford on November 2 in its final game of the regular season.

The game will be played at Untermann Field, located at 289 Hobson Street in Newark.
