SUMMIT, NJ - They may be right. They may be crazy, but residents of the Hilltop City have spoken, voting to select the band 52nd Street to headline the music stage at Summit's upcoming 'Arts + Cars' event September 15.

Summit Downtown, Inc. polled the public to see which cover band they would like to headline 'Arts + Cars'. Choices included Tom Petty, Bon Jovi, Beatlemania, Frankie Valli, Billy Joel, and Jimmy Buffet.

52nd Street, the world’s longest-running Billy Joe Tribute Band, will perform from 4 - 6 p.m., with the event running from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.  Regal Bank is again be sponsoring the headlining musical act for 'Arts + Cars'.

'Arts + Cars' combines the PAL Classic Car show, the Downtown Art Show, co-sponsored by the Visual Arts Center of NJ, activities for children, live music all day and, new this year, a beer garden. To apply to be an artist vendor, visit bit.ly/artscars to download the application.
