A fun time was had by all and, just maybe, a future LAX star was born as the Summit Lacrosse Club (SLC), assisted by local student volunteers, hosted free clinics for girls and boys in grades 1-4.

Held at the Summit Community Center, the clinics featured Club coaches leading the kids through basic lacrosse skills -- practicing cradling, scooping ground balls, catching and passing -- and also sharing their love for lacrosse. The equipment used was also supplied by the SLC.
