UNION, NJ – The Township of Union Garden Club members spent Saturday morning planting white daisies in front of the Municipal Building on Morris Avenue.
“The Garden Club has been planting here every year since 1980,” said club president Veronica Doll. “We’ve planted a variety of different type of flowers over the years, but this year, we are planting all daisies for their hardiness.”
The Garden Club maintains the garden by weeding and watering throughout the summer.
