UNION, NJ – Erica Bell-Foster, Vauxhall Branch Library Manager and Union resident, will be awarded a Community Service Award by the officers and members of Past Exalted Ruler’s Council #121 of the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World.

"The work that I have been doing in the community is because I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages on their journey,” said Bell-Foster.  “I love what I do and I am super excited about receiving this award.”

The event is open to the public and presented by the Past Exalted Rulers Council #121 of the 3rd District, made up of councils from Vauxhall, Plainfield and Westfield.

The Annual Community Awards Luncheon will be held on Sunday, Sept. 10, at 3:00 p.m. at the Spain Inn, 1707 West 7th Street, Piscataway, for $45 donation.
