UNION, NJ – Ahead of the Tuesday, June 6 filing deadline, Jason F. Krychiw has filed an Independent Petition to run for a seat on Union’s Township Committee.

Krychiw also ran for Township Committee last year.

"I filed to run for Township Committee as an Independent again to continue my message that is it about representing people and community first,” said Krychiw.  “It is about putting servant leadership over self-serving leadership.  It is time to build on the momentum from last year and elect someone with fresh ideas and new energy to address the needs of the people of Union."

There is one Township Committee seat up this year, currently held by Deputy Mayor Joseph Florio.  Also running is Republican Justin Verzosa.
