UNION, NJ – Jazz Thursday at the Union Farmers Market continues this week featuring 9:53 Music Group.

9:53 Music Group is a group of Union High School students who got together through Union High’s music program.  The musicians met during the last 15 minutes of their concert band class where the teacher allowed them time to play their own music.  They had to end their jam at 9:53 a.m. every day, which is how they got their name.

The Special Improvement District (SID) Merchant Spotlight at the Farmers Market this week includes the Atlantic Beach Soap Company.  Shaun Vanclieft will be featuring his lavender, honey oatmeal, and sage soaps at a special price and will provide coupons for future purchases for his store, set to open this fall in Union Center.
