LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Police Department received a call at about 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 15 about suspicious males in a vehicle in Lot 16. Upon arrival, officers investigated and found 10 hypodermic needles and CDS in the possession of Christopher D’Andrea, a 37-year-old male from Union.

The owner and operator of the vehicle was identified as 35-year-old Summit resident Micha Lowe, who was taken into custody on outstanding warrants from the Hillside Police Department.

Lowe was turned over to the HPD and D’Andrea was charged with the hypodermic needles and CDS and was released pending court action at Livingston Municipal Court.
