The Union Township Historical Society Presents: Mayor Biertuempfel- A Legend In His Own Time and Ours at the Union Public Library on Thursday, January 26 at 7pm.

Learn about the life and career of F.Edward Biertuempfel, the Township's most important and successful public official, who served as mayor for 34 years. As an added attraction, you can view part of his vast collection of elephants, on permanent display in the library.
