UNION, NJ – A new 15-passenger bus was delivered yesterday to the Township of Union’s Senior Center from NJ Transit.

According to a press release from the township, the bus is the third in recent memory to be paid for by NJ Transit and is “the latest accomplishment in the Senior Center’s aggressive pursuit of grant opportunities to expand and enhance their services.”

The bus will be utilized to help transport senior citizens to doctors’ appointments, and to take them to run errands and go on trips.
