UNION, N.J. – Nicholas Minoia, principal of DP Property Management, LLC has announced that Phase 1 of Summit Court in Union, N.J. is fully leased. The three-story, 130-unit luxury apartment building, part of a master planned community that opened in spring 2018, is located at 1776 Patriot Way, a mile from the NJ Transit rail station and Kean University. It is leased and managed by DP Property Management, an affiliate of Diversified Properties, LLC in Montville.

Site preparations are underway for the groundbreaking of Phase 2 of Summit Court, with four stories and 266 apartments, and the community clubhouse. The clubhouse will encompass a pool and pergola plus activity areas, work-at-home space, game room, shuffleboard court, outdoor grills and fire pit, and a private dining room. Construction on Phase 2 is expected to commence this fall.

“Demand for luxury rentals in New Jersey is strong, particularly in areas with good access to Manhattan,” said Minoia, who is also principal of Diversified Properties, a full-service real estate development firm. “We are looking forward to bringing more luxury apartments and additional amenities online to meet that demand with Phase 2 of Summit Court.”
