MAPLEWOOD, NJ - BCB Bank Maplewood held its grand opening on Saturday, June 16, with a ribbon cutting and celebration open to the community that included a bouncy house for kids and plenty of refreshments for all.
Thomas Coughlin, CEO and President of BCB Bank, welcomed everyone and shared with the crowd that he was glad the grand opening was finally happening, as it had been rescheduled from its original date in May due to inclement weather.
"We are so happy to be part of the Maplewood community and are grateful for the way we’ve been welcomed with opened arms," said Coughlin, adding his thanks to Maplewood Mayor Vic DeLuca, Deputy Mayor Frank McGehee and the other members of the Maplewood Township Committee for their warm welcome.
"You won’t be disappointed with our service!” shared Couglin.
"BCB Bank is a great addition to the Village," said DeLuca. "BCB Bank is truly a community partner. They are already an amazing supporter of the Golf Outing, Fourth of July celebration, and a great partner with the Chamber of Commerce. We are very happy to welcome this very attractive branch and wish them much success.”
In connection with the original grand opening date, all new account holders at BCB Bank during May were entered into a drawing for a $500 gift certificate. The winners were Beatrice Cole Berggren and her husband Richard Berggren, Maplewood residents.
BCB Bank is located at 156 Maplewood Ave., in the Clarus Building. For more information about BCB Bank, click here.
