UNION COUNTY, NJ -- Reed Cabral from St. Bartholomew Academy in Scotch Plains has been honored as the first place winner in the 2016 “My County” poster contest sponsored by the Union County Constitutional Officers.

Tatiana Fecowycz from Holy Trinity Interparochial School in Westfield was awarded second place, Julia Polo from St. John the Apostle Elementary School in Clark took third place, and Jonathan Moncayo from the Ronald Reagan Academy #30 in Elizabeth was the fourth place finisher.

Union County Sheriff Joseph Cryan, Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi, and Union County Surrogate James LaCorte congratulated the winners.
