Two Free Months of Rent and Employee Discounts Provided through Participating Employers, Members of Military and Union County First Responders

UNION, N.J., May 21, 2019 – Employers looking to attract top talent in Central Jersey have a new benefit—a rental incentive for their employees at Summit Court in Union, New Jersey. The luxury apartment community launched a Preferred Employer Program this spring, offering Union County first responders, active duty military, veterans and employees of participating businesses a range of discounts. The program offers two free months of rent on a 14-month lease, savings of $425 on application and amenity fees that Summit Court will waive, and six months of free on-site storage.

Companies included in the Preferred Employer Program are Bed Bath & Beyond, Elizabeth Town Gas Company, Kean University, Merck, Overlook Medical Center and PSE&G. In addition, all Union County police officers, fire fighters and ambulance corps EMTs, and members of the military are eligible for the program, which can save individuals up to $6600 in the first 14-month period.
