UNION, NJ - In the spirit of the holiday season, and as help to those in need, the Township of Union will be distributing 150 turkeys to families in need this Wednesday, December 16.

“The holidays are a time for giving,” said Mayor Manuel Figueiredo, “and there is nothing more important to the Township Committee than giving to those in need.”

The distribution will take place at St. Paul Calvary on Vauxhall Road in Union from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  There is a limit of one turkey (uncooked with fixings) per family, and they will be given on a first come, first served basis.
