UNION, NJ - After a one hour kick-off delay due to thunderstorms in the area, Union came out with a quick start with a Kyle Boyd 90-yard kickoff return, putting Union up by 6. Later in the first quarter, Union scored again with a Justin Beckett 3-yard run, putting Union on top by 13-0.   Hunterdon Central came back with a David Scheier 51-yard pass from Christian Shaw, closing the gap to 13-7.  Hunterdon Central did not waste time in the second quarter with another touchdown by Blake with a 2-yard run to make it 13-14.  

Union kept their foot on the  gas for a quick touchdown near the end of the second quarter with a Francis Okemezie 75-yard kickoff return, and a Kyle Boyd 30-yard pass from Justin Beckett to make it 27-14 at the half.  

In the second half, Union defense shutout Hunterdon Central, holding them to no points.  Justin Beckett broke for a 49-yard run in the fourth quarter for the final touchdown of the game, with the final score Union 33, Hunterdon Central 14.
