UNION, NJ - The Union Recreation Soccer season continued this past weekend all across Union’s many soccer fields with 400 kids playing at all levels ranging from 3 years old up to 14 years old (8th grade).  Union Soccer has 5 different programs for the kids in the Union community.

The grassroots program (3 & 4 year olds) and the kindersoccer program (5 year olds) play and train with professional trainers through the partnership with Pure Soccer Aacademy.  The Peewees division is composed of some Kindergarten, but mostly 1st and 2nd graders split into boys and girls divisions.  The two other divisions Union Soccer has to offer at the recreation level are the boys and girls juniors and the boys and girls seniors.  Juniors is composed of 3rd and 4th graders while the seniors division sees 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders competing together in games in which standings are kept.  Throughout the course of the season, recaps, standings and pictures highlighting the recreation soccer season will be seen here.
