UNION, NJ – Township officials have requested residents to be patient as they continue to clean up in response to Winter Storm Jonas.

According to a message sent out to Union residents, “our DPW employees have been working around the clock since Friday to prep and get streets cleaned, and they will continue to work throughout the day.”

Roads continue to be very hazardous, causing accidents with the potential of delaying emergency vehicles.  “With over 650 streets in town, we ask that you continue to be patient as we maintain our commitment to getting the job done.”
