UNION, NJ – Union schools superintendent Gregory Tatum and Assistant Superintendent Annie Waller-Moses have both announced their retirement, both effective January 1, 2021.

According to the agenda for Tuesday night’s Board of Education meeting, both Tatum and Waller-Moses have submitted letters of resignation for the purpose of retirement, effective the beginning of the new year.

School Business Administrator/Board Secretary Manuel Vieira is set to retire October 1, 2020.  He submitted a letter of resignation for the purpose of retirement in April.

Tatum and Waller-Moses did not respond to a request for comment from TAPinto Union.  Relevant additional information from tonight's Board of Education meeting will be published on Wednesday.
