UNION, NJ - These are tough times for all but especially for older adults dependent on family caregivers and the families that take care of them. In addition to the physical and economic value of caregiving, there is an unquantifiable psychological toll.
Join the Union Public Library online on Wed., April 29, from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. for a special program on “How to Take Care of Yourself and Your Family During the Pandemic.” Lisa Bayer, president of LMR Elder Care, will discuss how to navigate this "new normal" and offer ways to try to make sure that both caregivers and their loved ones have what they need to stay safe and content. There will be ample time for individual questions.

Note: This event is open to the public, you need not have a UPL card to attend.
