UNION, NJ – Two friendly dogs are looking for new homes, through adoption, fostering or rescuing.

Benji is super friendly smaller pit mix male.  He came into the Union Animal Shelter as stray, and his owner never claimed him.   He is about three or four years old, approximately 40 pounds, and neutered. He is dog friendly and doesn't seem to mind cats.

Nala is ready to be fostered.  She has been at the Union Animal Shelter for about seven months.  The shelter is accepting fosters that have no other dogs.   Nala is great with kids and is extremely people friendly.  Available to foster before adoption.

The Union Animal Shelter is located at 980 Jefferson Ave. (Rt 22E, Behind Home Depot).  The Shelter is open 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
