UNION COUNTY, NJ – A New Jersey Notary Training event presented by Union County Surrogate James LaCorte, Esq. and Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi will be held on Friday, Sept. 14.

Rajoppi will make opening remarks and review the application process.  LaCorte will speak about the legal aspects of the functions of notaries public.  The course will encompass all aspects of being a Notary Public including the application process and legal requirements and responsibilities enabling you to perform as a Notary Public with confidence and skill.
