8 Week Summer Challenge at CrossFit Cedar Grove

CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Limitless Performance and Therapy is running an 8 week challenge starting on May 9. During this program, you will have access to unlimited CrossFit classes and participate in a nutritional and lifestyle challenge that will help you to cultivate healthy and lasting habits as well as get you sustainable results. If you are new to CrossFit, we will teach you all of the foundational movements to get you started safely and effectively, regardless of your current fitness level. Our fun workouts and motivating community will make you look forward to coming to every class! 

  • Open to members and non-members
  • Cost is $129 for non-members
  • FREE for current CrossFit Cedar Grove members 
  • Must enroll online no later than May 9th, 2016.

A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the 36 year old male driver from Paterson for driving with a suspended license.
