GLEN RIDGE, NJ - Ryan Turi went 2-for-4 including a home run and four RBI to help lead the Cedar Grove Panthers to a 20-4 victory over Glen Ridge in Glen Ridge on Monday.  

A big second inning gave the Panthers a 9-1 lead over the Ridgers which Glen Ridge could not overcome.  

On the mound for Cedar Grove, Ray Williams pitched four innings allowing six hits with one walk and striking out three in the win.

Offensively it was a true team effort.  Marco Pantusa went 2-for three driving in two runs and scoring three.  Dennis Mitola hit a home run, an RBI, and scored a run while Joe Rufo went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Williams went 2-for-3 with three runs and three RBI.  

Additionally, Chris Napolitano added a run and three RBI, Dom Bryant had a run and three RBI, Bill Capasso tallied two RBI, Shane Benson went 2-for-4 scoring four and while Jake Ferrera scored twice for the Panthers.  

The win improves the Panthers to 4-4.  They travel to West Essex on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
