Boys Basketball: Cedar Grove Falls to Glen Ridge in Overtime

GLEN RIDGE, NJ – Cedar Grove lost 28-15 in overtime to Glen Ridge on the road Tuesday.

Cedar Grove had a 14-11 lead at the half, but Glen Ridge caught up in the third quarter outscoring the Panthers 8-4.  Cedar Grove tied it up in the fourth, but Glen Ridge pulled off the win in overtime.

Sam Ventola led the Panthers with five points, while Evidence Njoku and Mike Pronesti added four points each.

Max Thompson set the pace for Glen Ridge with eight points and 10 rebounds. 

Cedar Grove takes on Bard at home at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
