CEDAR GROVE, NJ – Cedar Grove defeated Arts 52-32 at home on Thursday.

The Panthers outscored Arts in both the first and second quarters and entered the second half with a nine point advantage.  They broke away in the third quarter, outscoring Arts 12-4.

The Jaguars rallied in the fourth to score 12 points, but it was too little too late and the Panthers grabbed the win.

Chris Wynn led the Panthers with 14 points and seven rebounds.  Joe Rufo and Mike Slattery added 11 and 10 points respectively, while Evidence Njoku tacked on nine points and grabbed 18 rebounds in the victory.

Cedar Grove travels to Bernards on Monday at 7 p.m.
