CEDAR GROVE,NJ - In a true team effort, seven players scored at least once to lead the Cedar Grove Panthers to a 12-6 victory over Nutley in Cedar Grove on Tuesday.

Jordan Amati and Peter Johnson had two goals and two assists for Cedar Grove.  James Johnson and Nick Gannon each chipped in two goals and an assist, while Max Devito had two goals, Nick LoPresti added a goal and an assist and Shane McGuire had an assist in the win.

"I'm happy with today's outcome. We needed to pick up a win going into Thursday's game and my guys worked hard to do so," Coach David Bucchino said.  "We beat them on ground balls, which is something we haven't been doing fantastic with in the past so I'm glad we were able to come on top with that statistic today."

Andrew Candino had 11 saves in the net for Cedar Grove.

The Panthers travel to Tenafly on Thursday at 7 p.m.
