NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – The Cedar Grove Destiny 8U Travel softball team was back in action this past weekend at the North Brunswick Summer Blast Off Softball Tournament.   

CG Destiny went undefeated on the first day of tournament play beating Monroe Thunder 11-7, Central Jersey A’s 9-7 and South Jersey Lady Bulls 17-8.  The team lost by one run on Sunday in a tight game against the South Jersey Lady Bulls, final score 9-10.

A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the 36 year old male driver from Paterson for driving with a suspended license.
