Cedar Grove Lacrosse Club Begins Winter Workouts on Saturday

CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Cedar Grove Lacrosse Club will kick off its pre-season training on Saturday at the Sports Domain in Clifton. 

Players must be registered for the 2018 spring season in order to participate in winter workouts.

  • 7th/ 8th Grade Boys & Girls - $185
  • 5th/6th Grade Boys & Girls - $185
  • 3rd/4th Grade Boys & Girls - $135 (sticks provided to new players)

Outdoor practices will begin mid-March, weather permitting.  Competitive season runs through early June. 

In addition, the club offers a Little Laxers program for grades K-2 which begins offers weekly clinics on Saturdays at Panther Park beginning in April through the end of May.     

  • K-2 Boys and Girls - $85 (includes practice pinnie and stick)

 (Note: an additional $30 annual membership in US Lacrosse, the sport's governing body, provides insurance for the players and is mandatory; you will find a link to sign up when you go through our registration process if you do not already have a valid US Lacrosse number.)

Proper equipment is required to play.  Boys grade 3rd and higher: Stick, helmet, mouthpiece, lacrosse gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads and athletic cup.  Girls 3rd grade and higher:  Stick, goggles and mouthpiece
