CEDAR GROVE, NJ - The Vargos have outdone themselves again this year with over 35,000 Christmas lights that play to music.  Saturday evening at 6:30 Union Street was closed for the unveiling of their Toys for Tots light display.

A large crowd showed up to celebrate in anticipation of the first showing.  There was dancing in the street, face painting for the children thanks to Dili Dalli, Christmas Carolers in the form of CG Choir Class led by Jen Foose and, of course, Santa was there.  Guests were asked to bring an unwrapped toy (age 1-12) for Toys for Tots.

Over the past three years, the family has collected 1500 gifts, which provided Christmas for 300 children.  Vargo addressed the crowd thanking them for coming and for all of their support this year as well as in the past.  "Please help us reach our goal of 1,000 toys! Together we can make a difference!!"

You can drive by 102 Union Street in Cedar Grove until January 1st to see the light display and drop off toys in the box at the curb.
