Community Clambake at Mountain Creek Labor Day Weekend

VERNON, N.J.- Summer isn’t over until the last celebration and Mountain Creek is ready to kick off Labor Day Weekend with a Bang. The inaugural Great American Clambake will be stocked with great live music, fresh seafood, craft beers, amazing fireworks and plenty more you won’t want to miss on Saturday, September 3rd.

Admission is free and the entertainment schedule is packed from 1pm-9pm with great family activities like Urban Tarzan animal shows, Clam Shucking demos, clam painting, kids treasure hunt, hot dog eating contest and much more. The celebration will top off at 8:15 with a breathtaking firework show and all are welcome. Parking is in Cobble Stone Village at Mountain Creek.

The “don’t miss meal” of the weekend for land lovers is the “Classic Clambake dinner” including clams, shrimp, mussels, potatoes and corn! Fresh lobster is available when you reserve yours online today!

In addition to all the great food & fireworks, live music by RCA Records recording artist ‘Oak & Ash’, straight from famed Montauk Surf Lodge, will carry the afternoon. Nearly a dozen local craft beer vendors including Jersey Girl Brewing and Angry Erik Brewing will be on hand for the ultimate backyard beach party.
