First Presbyterian Church Presents Vocal Workshop on March 25

First Presbyterian Church of Verona, NJ will present clinician and William Paterson University Music Professor, Dr. Lauren Fowler-Calisto in a Vocal Workshop on Saturday, March 25.

The event is FREE and open to the public!  All ages and levels of experience are welcome to participate.

Dr. Fowler-Calisto will incorporate Vocal Pedagogy, Alexander Technique, Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Kodaly, as well as repertoire during each session.

The schedule is as follows:

9:00 am – 12:00 pm: adult and teens, ending with singing Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus from Messiah 

1:00 – 2:00 pm: Pre-Kindergarten – 4th grade

2:00 – 3:00 pm: 5th – 8th grade

A concession table is available for purchasing water and snacks.  Donations for future music programs are always welcome.  The program is made possible through funding from the Plansoen Foundation Grant.
