CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Ava Fernandez delivered 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Cedar Grove Panthers, but it was not enough to take down Bloomfield Tech, who beat Cedar Grove 66-51 on Thursday in Cedar Grove.

The Panthers kept pace with Bloomfield in the first quarter, but fell behind in the second, trailing 31-23 at the half.  A 19-11 scoring run by Bloomfield Tech in the third quarter did further damage.  The Panthers rallied in the fourth, but didn't have enough time to catch up.

Jessica Sinisi had 14 points and three rebounds for the Panthers, while Karen Raum delivered nine points and five rebounds.  Shakira Edwards led for Bloomfield Tech with 28 points.
