HOBOKEN,NJ - Freshman Tracy Moreno scored five goals and collected nine ground balls to help lead the Cedar Grove Panthers to a 14-3 win over Hoboken in Hoboken on Monday.  

Captain Mikayla Hom added four goals and an assist in the win and collected a season high 13 ground balls for Cedar Grove. The win was a true team effort with Loren Vitali scoring two goals with an assist, and a goal each from Emily Lynch, Jamie Lynch and Taylor St. Laurent.  Tara DeCorte had two assists and Hom and Summer Nesto each added an assist for the Panthers.

Goalie Jackie Downs finished with seven saves.

This is only the second win of the season for the first-year varsity program. They host Hackettstown on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
