VERONA,NJ - Verona went on the road this week and their winning streak continued with a 12-9 win over Madison on Tuesday and a 19-8 win over Gov. Livingston on Wendesay.

Dana Pena led the Hillbilles against Madison with five goals and two assists.  Ava Anderson collected three goals and Maggie Lonsinger scored two goals for Verona.  Ashley Kenneally had 10 saves in the win against Madison.

Anderson led the Hillbillies against Gov. Livingston with seven goals.  Cecilia Courter and Pena tacked on three goals apiece and Sarah Carlucci and Julia Mackey chipped in with two goals each.  Kenneally made 11 saves in net.

The win improves Verona to 7-0 for the season.  They will take on Caldwell in the second round of the Essex County Tourney on Saturday. Caldwell is the fifth seed and Verona is the fourth.
