CEDAR GROVE NJ - Cedar Grove, NJ - Essex County Executive Joseph N. The fall event was an opportunity for Essex County residents to dispose of pesticides, motor oil, paint, fluorescent light bulbs and other household materials in an environmentally friendly way. There were 1,365 residents who brought material to be recycled at the event, which was organized by the Essex County Utilities Authority. The Essex County Computer and Electronics Recycling Day will be held Saturday, October 15th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 125 Fairview Avenue in Cedar Grover next to the old Essex County Hospital Center property.
