During a presentation to the Nutley Board of Commissioners October 4, 2016, Diaz said: “We're going to be working with the towns over the next 12 to 18 months to look to design an overall master plan campus. It's going to take a lot of transparency with a lot of input.

"We hope to hold lots of public meetings and public forums with the assistance of the commissioners and their professional staffs… we look forward to learning what's important to the community, what we can do special on this campus that will help long-term…We think it’s important that everybody has an opportunity to voice their opinions, voice their concerns” Diaz added.

According to Diaz, citizens will be given the opportunity ‘later this summer’ when Prism plans to host a Town Hall meeting in the auditorium in Building 76 on the former Roche campus.

Look for TAPinto Nutley’s continuing coverage of all developments at On Three (3).

Note:  In June 2012, Hoffmann-La Roche pledged to find a buyer that would work to give the property a second chance.  According to a Real Estate NJ article: It  found exactly that in the Bloomfield-based development firm Prism would not disclose the price, but market sources pegged the transaction at more than $100 million.
