WEST CALDWELL, NJ - Taylor Reed went 3-for-5 with two RBI to help lead the Verona Hillbillies to a 5-4 softball victory over Caldwell in 10 innings in West Caldwell on Wednesday.

Christina Colon struck out 13, with one earned run, five hits and two walks in 10 innings.  At the plate Colon was 4-for-4. 

Amber Reed went 3-for-4 with a run. Rebecca Russomano and Katie Stanisici each drove in a run for the Hillbillies.  

The win improves Verona to 9-1. They host Columbia on Friday at 4 p.m.
