Spring Fling for Pink with AAngelsNJ

AAngelsNJ, Breast cancer awareness, education and support services in Essex County.

Please join AAngelsNJ for a "Spring fling for Pink" with the AAngels Day party fundraiser on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Bogie's Lounge, William Street, East Orange, NJ from 3 pm - 8 pm. All funds raised will be used for their 6th Annual High School Scholarships. AAngelsNJ awards 4 Essex County High School Seniors with a $1,000 book scholarship for college.  The scholarship requirements and application can be found and downloaded from their website

AAngelsNJ mission is to serve and provide resources to underserved and underinsured individuals and families. We are committed to educating and navigating them through issues surrounding Preventive Care, Pre- and Post- Breast Cancer diagnoses and all aspects of Breast Health.  Our vision is an end to Breast Cancer related deaths caused by late stage Breast Cancer diagnoses.

LEGO Drive Benefiting Kids with Cancer

A good friend of mine lost his son to cancer at age 10 a few years back. His name was Paul Jimenez aka "Paulie". Since his loss, the family has started a foundation called "Paulie Strong" to help raise awareness and donations for those in need. This March, they are holding a LEGO drive for children with cancer.
