“As always, the event will feature a great networking opportunity to meet other successful business owners, CEO's and affluent professionals,” Eisenberg added. “There will also be delicious Hors D'oeuvres, chocolate desserts, a wine reception and free raffles.”

Event Agenda

Swap the Biz, a leader in the networking field, has transformed the “same old networking game,” with a fresh new approach called the Social Pitch, where instead of pitching one’s business, a person sets about learning about other’s interests, hobbies and dreams and sharing his or her own.

Swap The Biz is “revolutionizing networking and making it fun,” said Eisenberg.

"What is a Social Pitch," asked Eisenberg? “The answer is simple. Instead of pitching your business, we want to learn about you.”

He added, “For instance, I could share that I'm a fitness fanatic who placed 29th in the NYC marathon last year; or that I've jumped out of an airplane and crave adventure; or, even more simply, I could describe a place I am dreaming of going on vacation. Then, I would close briefly with my name and occupation.”

“Why do we do it this way,” asked Eisenberg? “Our basic premise (with proven results) at Swap The Biz is that all business stems from building a social relationship first and forming a friendship to get deals done.”

“Our central tenet is that developing a social relationship will lead to a friendship and ultimately result in business,” said Eisenberg, who runs the company with his wife Deborah. “This adheres to the old adage of ‘you do business with people you like,’ and we have found this to be an absolute truth. So we decided to add the ‘fun’ into networking and build friendships along the way.”

He added, “Friends want to spend time with each other and are inclined to help each other. We continue to see an escalating number of success stories evidencing the success of our unique approach of combining social connectivity and fun for people to develop real relationships. This results in friendships, which eventually lead to business. The best thing is that with the foundation of the relationship based in a social connection and ultimately a friendship, the bond is stronger and longer lasting.”
