he Township of Verona presents the 21st Annual Winter Festival Fair in the Square on Saturday, December 2 from 12-5 pm in the Verona Civic Center.  A special tree lighting event with Santa starts at 4:30 pm with the Verona Fire Department.

On May 14, 2018 at 5:57 p.m., Ptl. Michael Passafiume stopped a vehicle without a front license plate and tinted windows. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the 36 year old male driver from Paterson for driving with a suspended license.
