VERONA/CEDAR GROVE, NJ - The first day of spring is just a week away, but winter is not going out quietly.  

The National Weather Service today issued a winter storm watch beginning 12 a.m. Tuesday through 12 a.m. Wednesday.  There is potential for snowfall of 12 to 18 inches or higher in Central and Northern New Jersey.   Snow is expected to arrive in our area late Monday night and continue falling through Tuesday evening.
