Sustainable Verona Presents the Emmy Award Winning Documentary Chasing Ice as part of our Green Film Series

Chasing Ice is the story of one man’s mission to change the tide of history by gathering undeniable evidence of our changing planet. Within months of that first trip to Iceland, the photographer conceived the boldest expedition of his life: The Extreme Ice Survey. By deploying revolutionary time-lapse cameras across the brutal Arctic, the film captures a multi-year record of the world’s changing glaciers.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ -- In an effort to go green, the Township of Bloomfield is investing in smart-technology compacting waste bins that have been set up at five locations throughout town.
