Yoga in the Park

Verona Yoga & the Verona Mayor's Wellness Campaign are happy to offer Yoga in the Park again this year! Classes will run every Wednesday in August starting 8/8 at 6:30pm. Please register online here: https://www.veronayoga.com/class-schedule/

All levels of yogis are welcome to join us at our 2nd Summer Yoga in Verona Park classes!  From August 8-29, join us in our gorgeous park right across the street from the studio. Please meet at the corner of Lakeside & Bloomfield Ave.  Enjoy a 45-minute class amidst the old trees, chirping birds and other sounds of nature.  Bring a mat and water.  Please wear comfortable clothes.  Mats are available for those who don't have their own. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Sustainable Verona. Cost is $5/person.  You will also receive a free reusable Sustainable Verona tote bag to help reduce plastic bag pollution.  Classes start promptly at 6:30 pm.
