CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Mayor Robbie Vargo addressed the township via Facebook video on Wednesday and announced that three Cedar Grove residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to Vargo, two of the cases are connected to two separate nursing homes in the township, while the third is quarantined at home.  

"Unfortunately there have been three confirmed cases at this time in Cedar Grove," Vargo stated.  "All of these cases were identified early and quarantined."

Vargo said the township will continue to update residents regularly via its Facebook page.  In addition residents can find information on the steps in place to contain the COVID-19 outbreak on the township's website.
