CEDAR GROVE, NJ –  If you happen to notice Cedar Grove Police Officers and High School Staffers looking a bit scruffy, no need for concern, it’s for a good cause.

The Cedar Grove High School Staff and the Cedar Grove Police Department are partnering up for this year’s upcoming “No Shave November" to raise money for a local family impacted by cancer.  No Shave November is an annual charity event involving the growing of facial hair during the month of November, in order to raise funds and cancer awareness.

This year participating Cedar Grove High School staff and cops will be dedicating 100% of the monies raised by the group to a local family, the Waltons. Ms. Allison Walton, is a single mother of three Cedar Grove Students, June, Eric and Isabelle, has and continues to struggle with cancer. Look for our collect containers at all Cedar Grove High School events.
