RUTHERFORD, NJ - The Cedar Grove Panthers boys basketball team took down Rutherford, 56-47, overtime in Rutherford on Saturday.

Rutherford led by one point at the end of the first half, but Cedar Grove quickly tied it up in the third and both teams held strong to push the game into overtime.  The Panthers dominated OT, outscoring Rutherford 11-2 to claim the win.

Eric Mazal tallied seven points for Cedar Grove, while Nico MIhalik added five points and Dario Bryant and Stefano Greco each ended with four points.

The Panthers improve to 3-9 for the season.  They travel to Weequahic on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
