CEDAR GROVE, NJ - Ryan Cannataro tallied 29 points and 15 rebounds to help lead Cedar Grove to a 55-51 double overtime victory over Passaic Charter at home on Monday.

The Panthers led after the first quarter 10-6, but Passaic Charter took the lead in the second quarter outscoring Cedar Grove 17-5 to end the half up 23-15.  The back and forth continued in the third and the Panthers closed the gap and were down only four points.  Regulation play ended at 41-41 and the first OT ended at 48-48, but the Panthers pulled away in the second OT to clinch the win.

Lexi Scivetti finished the game with eight points and 10 rebounds for the Panthers, while Chloe Weinstein tallied five points and six rebounds.

The win improves the Panthers to 2-0 for the season.  They take on Verona on Friday in the annual holiday tournament.
