WARREN, NJ - As part of the Spring Arts Festival at Watchung Hills, during the vocal music concert on Tuesday, students performed the Eric Clapton song, "Tears in Heaven," as photos of the students with messages of hope scrolled on the screen above the stage during the performance.
In light of the recent tragedy in Manchester, the Tri-M Music Honor Society chapter at Watchung Hills put together index cards that display positive and hopeful lyrics from songs or quotes with the aim of preventing this attack from becoming just another statistic and to ensure that voices are used to raise awareness within the community.
