WARREN, NJ - In its new ranking of the Best Public School Districts, K12Niche.com, which provides rankings of schools across the country, listed  Watchung Hills Regional High School District as No. 27 among the top 100 districts in New Jersey and gave an 'A' grade to Watchung Hills and all of the Warren Township schools.
 
Best Public School Districts ranks 8,738 school districts based on dozens of key statistics and 4.6 million opinions from 280,000 students and parents. 
 
 
A high ranking indicates that the district contains great schools with exceptional teachers, sufficient resources, and a diverse set of high-achieving students who rate their experiences very highly. The grading system took into account the following (with WHRHS District grade in parenthesis):
 
Academics (A+); Health & Safety (A-);Extracurriculars and Activities (A); Resources & Facilities(A); Sports & Fitness (B);Student Culture & Diversity (B-);and Teachers (A+).
